The Month of Rajab ...
Rasulullah remembered… 1
[Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim]

Alhamdulillah, Rajab is coming and the most eventful day is during isra and mi’raj2… as we know the instruction to perform salat is given at this point and as mentioned by our sister Sakina rightfully, I just wanted to add when [Sayyidina] RASULULLAH, Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim met with ALLAH Subhanahu wa Ta’ala…

They exchanged greeting (tayhiyat) just like in salat in tashahud akhir... what I want to point out is when RASULULLAH, Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim met with ALLAH Subhanahu wa Ta’ala he didn’t forget us (his ummah).

as-salaamu ‘alaynaa wa ‘alaa ‘ibaadellahis-saaliheen
It’s different from us if we meet our boss or people of higher authority we tend to think for ourselves...
but not Rasulullah, Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim…

Again during his death, his last words his “ummati, ummati, ummati...

Now what if its our own deaths? I believe we’ll think of only ourselves to heaven or to hell…
but not Rasulullah, Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim…

Now, let’s look at judgement day when all will fend for themselves (nafsi nafsi) even other Ambiya will shake their head when we’ll ask for help but not Rasulullah Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim… he will give
us, his ummah.....Shafa’at.3

If Rasulullah, Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim remembers us why not we??? We best can remember him by abiding to his (Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim) Sunnah and to say the “Salawat4 to our Beloved Rasulullah (Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim).”
